Produced with grapes from our own organic vineyards at Can Martí estate, Torelló sparkling wines have a minimum aging period of 18 months and range from 2 to 10 years of maturation.
The meticulous care of our vineyards with strictness and passion guarantees future quality. By limiting vineyard production through winter pruning and green summer harvest, we ensure optimal grape concentration, improved aeration and sun exposure, as well as regulation of growth. The grapes are handpicked at their optimal ripeness to achieve a perfect balance between sugar and acidity. Our harvesters are trained to reject any grapes or clusters that are not in good condition.
It was established as a company, product, and brand in 1897. At that time, consuming coffee outside of home was a novelty, and it was sold in bulk. Tupinamba was the first company to introduce a blend of the finest coffees from different countries in a personalized package with their brand.
Tupinamba was born in the heart of modernist Barcelona, as evidenced by the advertising commissioned to the famous modernist painter Ramón Casas.
Throughout all these years, generation after generation, we have been able to fulfill our dream by always producing the highest quality coffees, with a fresh and avant-garde brand image, renewing aspirations and projects.
Safrà del Montsec was born with the objective of contributing to the recovery of the traditional saffron cultivation in Catalonia, a region in Spain that, thanks to its ideal location and Mediterranean climate, became the largest production and export area of this spice during the Middle Ages and well into the 15th century.
We are a young couple of farmers who are in love with nature. We live surrounded by it, we take care of it, and we work with it to reconnect with our roots by following the traditional saffron planting method. We are part of the community and institutions committed to the environment and the sustainable exploitation of natural resources.
ESTRELLA GALICIA BEER
José María Rivera Corral founded 'La Estrella de Galicia' brewery in La Coruña in 1906, dedicated to the production of beers and ice. The name pays homage to his former business in Veracruz, 'La Estrella de Oro,' which focused on a product that had very limited consumption at that time.
This beer is a bright golden color, made from a selection of specially bitter malts and hops. The cooking, fermentation, and maturation process, which takes place over more than 20 days, gives this beer a pleasant and distinctive hop flavor. It has a neutral and light taste, with an aroma reminiscent of barley and malt, from which it originates, with toasted notes and hints of dried fruit.
PICAVERD FREE-RANGE CHICKEN
At Picaverd we work every day on the feeding and well-being of our chickens to achieve the characteristics that are more aligned with nutritional needs. The result
of this careful feeding, rich in linseed, makes the chicken a source of Omega 3 fatty acids essential for the organism.
Picaverd Gourmet is a slow-growth chicken, raised for a minimum of 56 days.
Picaverd chickens are raised in a traditional way by experienced farmers who prioritize animal welfare and respect for nature as part of their daily practice. This approach results in flavorful, tender, and lean meat that evokes the taste of the past.
SAL DE GERRI SALT
Gerri salt, handcrafted, gives us a high-quality product. Its texture is unique. The saltwater slowly crystallizes due to the sun and air. The tiny grain of salt increases in volume and detaches onto the stone, where the uneven crystallization concludes, which is not uniform in each grain. This is known as ‘granada salt’ and is a way to recognize if the salt is artisanal. It undergoes no manipulation, refining, or washing with foreign substances.
The flavor of Gerri salt, being purely artisanal and made in salt pans using only natural means, produces a unique and distinctive salty taste.
